Chicago is a city of neighborhoods, each with its own architecture, history, rhythm, and sense of community. The areas I serve reflect that diversity—from the historic streets and lakefront access of Lincoln Park and Old Town to the energy of Lakeview, the neighborhood feel of Roscoe Village and North Center, and the character of Ravenswood and Lincoln Square.

My work also takes me through the city’s downtown and near-downtown markets, including the West Loop, South Loop, and University Village, as well as neighborhoods such as Pilsen and Hyde Park, where history, architecture, culture, and community are deeply intertwined. Portage Park offers yet another side of Chicago, with its classic residential streets, larger lots, and strong neighborhood identity.

What makes these areas special is that none of them offers the same version of Chicago. Housing, architecture, lifestyle, value, and even the feel of one block to the next can vary considerably. Understanding those differences matters. Choosing a neighborhood is not only about finding the right property—it is about understanding how you want to live, what you value, and where those priorities come together.
